"Let it ... Flow"
Since 2022, the Integral Change Center "Flow" made a strategic move to Latin America in response to the increasing wars and the heightened sensitivity of our work in conflict zones. This relocation was not only a necessary adjustment for the safety of our team but also a reflection of our evolving role in addressing global crises. Despite the challenges posed by war and displacement, we have remained steadfast in our mission to bring together changemakers from across the world, creating a global network of support that transcends borders.
Our move to Latin America has allowed us to expand our reach while staying deeply connected to conflict regions. We continue to offer critical support to war-torn areas, providing rehabilitation, professional development, and psychosocial support to leaders of social movements who are at the forefront of transformative change. The integrity and excellence of our work remain at the highest level, even in these difficult circumstances, as we adapt to new realities and maintain our role as a beacon of hope and recovery for those affected by war and social upheaval.
By maintaining our focus on interdisciplinary education and progressive social change, we bridge the gap between regions in crisis and global networks of support. Our center remains a lifeline for leaders striving to rebuild their communities and push forward with peace, justice, and social equity. Despite the instability around us, our commitment to empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and delivering impactful change continues to thrive at its core.
"I am thrilled to have participated in the FLOW course focused on recovery from emotional burnout. The retreat by the sea was filled with love, healing communication, and delicious vegetarian cuisine. Over these 10 days, I not only met wonderful people but also had the most important meeting with myself. I returned rejuvenated, believing in my strength, and at peace in my heart. Thank you to all the organizers!"
Tatiana, Consultant, Activist, Ukraine
"It was wonderful, and I miss it dearly. Through the fairy tale, I gained a better understanding of my life. Visiting the poppy field was the best day of the year for me and the best thing I could do for myself right now. Thank you for everything you do. With love, Vilinna!"
Vilinna, Participant from Belarus
"I appreciated the informal and friendly atmosphere of the sessions; there was no sense of “boring lessons.” The topics were directly related to the everyday challenges faced by group members, creating an environment of shared personal experiences rather than traditional teaching.

Beginning
Holistic Center Home Healing Bonds (Budapest)
The idea for a specialized center and network of mental health specialists and human rights defenders, dedicated to burnout and post-trauma rehabilitation, as well as psychosocial support for leaders of human rights and social change movements, was born in 2006 during the large campaigns against the First Lebanon War and the indictment of Israeli President Moshe Katsav for the sexual abuse of eight women. This concept materialized into an actual center in Budapest in 2009. There, a network of professionals and eight on-site volunteers began offering rehabilitation and psychosocial support to leaders of social change from around the world.
The center, initially called Home, focused mainly on providing intensive recovery and shelter programs. Its subsequent project, Flow, expanded this work, concentrating on interdisciplinary education in social change and psychosocial recovery. Through these efforts, the center became a hub for supporting the well-being and resilience of those on the front lines of social justice and human rights advocacy.

"‘Freedom’ is the word I take with me from this experience, along with the ability to understand my emotions and distance myself from anything that doesn’t bring me joy. I feel like a vast autumn forest, ready for rebirth, embracing the beauty and freedom that life offers."
